Real Estate Broker's License Course

In order to obtain a Brokers' License in Massachusetts, you must be a licensed Salesperson who has been associated with a Broker for a period of one year within the past two years. Once you completed your time requirement you must take a 30-hour course from an approved Massachusetts Real Estate School. After you complete the course you receive a certification booklet that allows you to take the state examination. In order to schedule your examination you need to obtain a bond made payable to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in the amount of $ 5000

The cost of this bond is usually about $ 50.00 and it is good for 5 years. We can help you make the necessary arrangements to obtain your bond. CORE, Real Estate Studies, Inc provides you with the knowledge and preparation you need to pass the state examination. We provide you with hundreds of sample questions that are geared toward teaching you the material needed to pass the state test. Our instructors are practicing real estate professionals that possess the knowledge you need.

The examination is given on an easy to use computer (similar to an ATM machine). This machine allows you to take the test with great ease. The examination is comprised of multiple choice questions and has two sections (General Real Estate Knowledge &and Massachusetts State Laws) If you fail a section you only need to pass that portion of the test again in order to obtain your license. You must obtain a score of 70% on the examination to receive your license.

You find out the results of your examination within minutes of completing the test. Once you pass the examination you receive your license.

There will be a $20.00 service charge for returned checks. Tuition must be paid in full prior to the beginning of the classes. (Checks should be made payable to CORE Real Estate Studies, Inc.)

Enrollment Policy:
$25.00 of your tuition is applied to administrative costs. 100% refund, minus the administration fee before start date. No refunds are given after class as begun. However, you may elect to complete the Continuing Education class or course you have signed up for at any CORE Real Estate Studies, Inc, class within 12 months of the date of this agreement.
