Continuing Education Courses

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts requires Real Estate Brokers' and Salespersons' to complete 12 hours of continuing education every two years before they renew their real estate license on an active status. In order to maintain an active real estate license you must take 12 hours of continuing education. Failure complete the 12 hours of continuing education means you lose your ability to list or sell or  real estate until you submit proof you have met the state requirements.

There will be a $20.00 service charge for returned checks. Tuition must be paid in full prior to the beginning of the classes. (Checks should be made payable to CORE Real Estate Studies, Inc.)

Enrollment Policy:
$25.00 of your tuition is applied to administrative costs. 100% refund, minus the administration fee before start date. No refunds are given after class as begun. However, you may elect to complete the Continuing Education class or course you have signed up for at any CORE Real Estate Studies, Inc, class within 12 months of the date of this agreement.
