2011, Massachusetts will requires 40 hours
of classroom time.
To
obtain a Massachusetts Real Estate Salespersons License you must be at
least 18 years of age, provide proof of good moral character, and
complete a 40-hour course from an approved Massachusetts Real Estate School.
Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certification booklet
that allows you to take the state examination. CORE, Real Estate
Studies, Inc. provides you with the preparation needed to pass
the state examination. CORE, Real Estate Studies, Inc. instructors are practicing
real estate professionals who have the understanding and knowledge you
need to begin your Real Estate Career.
The examination is given by computer
in an easy-to-use, user-friendly format administered by Pearson VUE testing
centers. The exam has 2 sections. The 1st section contains 80 general
real estate questions and the second part contains approximately 40 questions on
Massachusetts law and practices. If
you receive a failing grade in a section, you need only to retake and pass
that portion of the test in order to obtain your license. To receive your
license you must obtain a score of 70% on the examination.
Within minutes of completing the test, you find out the results of your
examination. With a passing grade, you receive your license on the
spot, and you are ready to begin a new career in Real Estate.

Enrollment Policy:
$25.00 of your tuition is applied to administrative costs. 100% refund,
minus the administration fee before start date. No refunds are given after
class as begun. However, you may elect to complete the class or course you have signed up for at
CORE Real Estate Studies,
Inc, within 12 months of the date of this agreement.
